We believe that strength training is the foundation of lasting fitness. Every program is periodized, fully customized, and built on an uncompromising focus on form, technique, range of motion, tempo, and structural balance. These principles drive results and protect your body for the long haul.

Whether you’re a beginner stepping into a gym for the first time or an experienced lifter chasing new personal bests, we are committed to guiding you every step of the way.

One-on-One Personal Training  ·  50 minutes

Serious about results? So are we. In 50 minutes, we deliver a complete, no-nonsense training experience designed to push you, challenge you, and make you better — from the first minute to the last.

Sessions are sold as monthly memberships — a set number of sessions per month, billed automatically. This keeps you consistent and accountable to your goals while giving you the flexibility to schedule sessions when they work best for you. Members can pause up to 2 weeks per year.

4 sessions/month  —  $520/month

8 sessions/month  —  $960/month

12 sessions/month  —  $1,320/month

Drop-in sessions  —  $160/session

Based in Beaverton, we work with clients from across the westside. If you’re ready to train with intent, we’re ready for you.

Partner Training  ·  50 minutes  ·  2 people

Bring a friend or family member and share the experience — and the cost. You’ll each receive the same personalized coaching as a private session, with the added energy and accountability that comes from training alongside someone you know.

Like one-on-one training, partner sessions are sold as monthly memberships — a consistent number of sessions per month that keeps both partners on track while allowing flexibility in scheduling.

 

4 sessions/month  —  $680/month  (~$340/person)

8 sessions/month  —  $1,280/month  (~$640/person, as low as $80/session each)

12 sessions/month  —  $1,800/month  (~$900/person)

 

Drop-in sessions  —  $210/session  (for both clients)

Online Training

Program Design  —  $175/month

Get a fully customized strength and conditioning program built around your goals and delivered straight to your phone — including exercise demonstration videos, personalized nutrition guidelines, and progress tracking. Perfect for self-motivated individuals who want elite-level programming without in-person sessions.

Online Personal Training  —  $325/month

Everything in Program Design, plus direct access to Coach Dan. Weekly check-ins, form video reviews, habit coaching, and real-time program adjustments keep you progressing and accountable — no matter where you train. Spots are limited.

How memberships work

 

All training programs run on a simple monthly membership. Here’s what that means for you:

•  You choose your frequency — 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week.

•  Your session pack is released at the start of each billing cycle.

•  Sessions must be used within a 5–6 week window — giving you flexibility without losing momentum.

•  Billing auto-renews monthly. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.

•  Members may pause up to 2 weeks per year with 7 days notice.
