Full Sessions (50-Minutes)

$85-115/Session

If your looking for a personal trainer in the Beaverton or SW Portland area and want the ultimate training experience, look no further. Full sessions allow us the time cover all of our bases for a complete workout, we pack a lot into the 50 minutes and are constantly moving. When not doing an exercise, we’ll likely be stretching or working on recovery, leaving you feeling better than when you walked in!

 

Semi-Private Training

$50-65/Session

Share your training experience (and cost) with a friend or family member.  Still receive the individualized programing and coaching you would with private training, but with the extra motivation and support of a friend.

Half Sessions (25-Minutes)

$50-65/Session

Short on time? No problem! By training smart and pairing the right exercises together and using special training techniques, we are still able to create a periodized training program that will continue to deliver results! These workouts are short and intense, and best done when the client warms-up for a bit prior to the workout.

 

Online Training

$40-65/Week

Looking for elite level professional coaching, but maybe don’t live in the area or would prefer to workout at your own gym, not a problem! Our online training is an affordable way to get to your goals. With structured resistance training, conditioning, healthy habits, customized nutritional guidelines and weekly check-ins, your sure to reach your goals fast!
